If you can upgrade the paras damage. It will harvest more and increase the chance but a great way is to tame a pegomastax of any level put it onto wander and follow it around it will passively gather seeds. Level doesnt matter. Tame them by putting mejos in your last item slot and let them steal from you. They are ugly but great for gardening.
